This live online event provides a friendly, safe, and non judgemental space for members of the rainbow communities to be part of a warm and friendly community that offers friendship, belonging and wellness. The format is:
Welcoming everyone.
A short sharing round.
Guided meditation (the type may vary and may include loving kindness meditation, eating meditation, breathing meditation etc).
Heart circle activity and short sharing so that we wake up out of the illusion that we are alone and disconnected from life and one another.
Because this event is online, you can listen and participate in the privacy of your own home.
This online session is provided via Zoom. Once you register, we will email you the Zoom log in details, which you can acces though your computer.
Shanti will be your guide. Shanti works full time to bring healing and wellness to individuals and small groups, through the use of hypnotherapy, asana (physical) yoga, meditation, mindfulness, breathing (pranayama), and helping clients to apply yoga philosophy for a better life.
