CityMed is a modern primary healthcare facility, which offers you a full range of integrated medical services in the heart of the Auckland City. This site will allow you to visit CityMed and check out our facilities, all the services that we provide and the team that provides them.

If you are eligible and would like to enrol at CityMed , you can complete this form and return it to us via fax, scan, email or in person.

All eligible patients who enrol at Citymed Doctors will now receive subsidised doctor visits immediately. Previously you would have had to wait for your Government funding to become available to you, which could have taken up to 4 months. To check your eligibility please click here or you can call us to discuss it further. If you were born in New Zealand you will most likely not need to provide us with proof of your eligibility, however, if you were born overseas we do require this. For example a copy of your citizenship, passport, residents visa, work visa or similar. Please ensure you bring these with you to your appointment as we are not able to enrol you without them. All enrolments must occur prior to seeing the Doctor to benefit from the fee reduction.
